PAIR is excited to launch the PAIR‑RadX Series, a monthly online lecture programme designed to support radiographers’ professional growth. Each month we’ll showcase practical, career‑focused and technical topics delivered by experienced clinicians and leaders—designed for learning, discussion and peer support. 



First session

About the speaker

Afra Sulifikher is a senior medical imaging professional with over 14 years’ experience across the UAE, India and the NHS. She is the Pan‑Trust CT Service Lead at United Lincolnshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust, overseeing CT operations across acute and community diagnostic centres. Afra holds postgraduate qualifications in CT Head Reporting Advanced Practice (Birmingham City University) and a Master’s in Medical Imaging (University of Edinburgh). Her expertise includes cross‑sectional imaging, governance, workforce development and operations management.

Afra is passionate about supporting internationally trained radiographers. Drawing on HCPC case studies and frontline leadership experience, her session will offer practical steps to strengthen professional practice, navigate common challenges, and progress into leadership roles.
