Expression of Interest: Co-Lead– PAIR Women’s Wing

Professional Alliance of Indian Radiographers (PAIR), a Special Interest Group under the Society of Radiographers (SoR). 
Are you a passionate and driven HCPC-registered female radiographer of Indian origin working in the UK, with a strong commitment to gender equity and empowering women within the radiography profession?
PAIR is seeking a dynamic individual to join our Women’s Wing as a Co Lead. This is a voluntary co-leadership role offering a unique opportunity to contribute to the strategic direction, advocacy efforts, and community engagement of the Women’s Wing, ensuring that the voices and experiences of women are central to our work. 
You will work closely with the Co-Lead(s), Committee Members, Subcommittees, and Community Partners.
Brief Job Description:
The Co Lead will work in partnership to provide leadership and vision for the Women’s Wing. Key responsibilities include:
 * Supporting the development and implementation of strategic initiatives.
 * Promoting inclusive participation and leadership opportunities for women.
 * Assisting in chairing meetings and facilitating discussions.
 * Representing the Women’s Wing as needed.
 * Fostering engagement and communication with members.
 * Supporting mentorship and development among women members.
 * Collaborating with other committee members to ensure integrated efforts.
Eligibility: Indian origin female HCPC registered radiographer working in the UK.
